Crispy Pressed Duck Whipped Celery Puree, Cipollini Onions and Sour Cherries

It was so, so crispy. And so, so, juicy. The pumpkin mash was a perfect complement.

This is where Sibling Rivalry related food-gasms sadly ended, but I urge everyone to go. The concept is unique: “Chef’s David and Bob Kinkead created a ‘dueling’ menu” like a small iron chef battle between two brothers who use the same ingredient (duck, lamb, pumpkin, etc), vying for guest attention. Inadvertently, Eric and I had chosen all the dishes that Chef David made, but the waiter reassured us, “It’s OK, you made a good choice because Chef Bob is actually not in tonight.”
